In this online workshop, you will learn a rare, authentic, and powerful Qigong practice, called “Tracing the Wall” that has been used by Taoist masters through the centuries to develop their internal energies.

About Stuart
Stuart Alve Olson practiced and lived with his teacher, the late Master T.T. Liang, who imparted his vast knowledge and deep wisdom of Taoist philosophy and practice. Through him Stuart became a lineage holder.
Stuart passed away in 2025, after teaching Taiji and Qigong for almost 40 years. He was an award-winning author of over 30 books on Taiji, Qigong, and Taoism.

What Is Qigong?
Qigong is a form of exercise that comes out of China. It involves moving with the breath in a way that helps you build energy in the body and cultivate a calm, meditative state of mind.
It gently stretches and tones the body, while working the cardiovascular system, without the risks of other forms of exercise.
